Participation at the Romania-Israel Cybersecurity Forum on 5 June 2019 in Bucharest, Romania, allowed BEIA to discuss with potential stakeholders about SealedGRID during the conducted B2B meetings and to disseminate the latest advances within the project.

Progress of the SealedGRID key management mechanism

The UPRC seconded researchers together with the BEIA researchers at BEIA’s headquarters in Bucharest finalize the key management mechanism. Currently, they have already developed this mechanism based on a specific model which has already been mentioned in the Deliverable D2.1. Furthermore, now they are trying to evaluate the mechanism performance during scenarios that depict the classic progress of a smart grid network.

BEIA Consult participated in Cybersecurity Romania, Bucharest Talks on 4 June 2019 in Bucharest, Romania.

COMPACT (COmpetitive Methods to protect local PA from Cybersecurity Threats) is a project funded under EU H2020 that aims to strengthen cybersecurity and cyber-resilience for local public administrations (LPAs).

SealedGRID Progress

SealedGRID progress and implementation were discussed during their current internal meeting at BEIA headquarters in Bucharest. The seconded researchers from UPRC together with BEIA researchers presented and discussed their progress on the authorization mechanism and on the key management. The results of the key management mechanisms will be available in the upcoming deliverable D3.1 “Key management mechanism” at the end of June.
