R&I Project Hub

The Cyberwatching.eu PROJECT HUB is Europe’s ONLY complete and unabridged compilation of EU-funded research projects on cybersecurity topics. It was created specifically to facilitate information transfer, communication and cross-pollination.

Browse the categories to:

  • IDENTIFY individual projects
  • ACCESS project information
  • CONNECT with the researchers

Project pages are independently populated and managed. How much information you find depends on the project owner.
In addition to reports and information, project owners may use the PROJECT HUB to publish news and events and interact with users.

To populate, manage and promote your own project page and participate in the debate.

Manage and update your project's mini-page now!

DITAS

DITAS Cloud Platform provides two main tools: DITAS SDK in charge of supporting design and deployment, and DITAS Execution Environment, a distributed execution environment responsible for running and controlling the behavior of the application.

DISIEM

DiSIEM is an EU-funded IA project that aims to extend existing SIEMs with a set of diversity-related components to improve their capacities. The project leading to this application has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 700692.

DEFeND

DEFeND is an international partnership that will deliver a platform to empower organisations in different sectors to assess and comply to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Ps2Share

In this project, we propose an in-depth empirical investigation of privacy in the sharing economy. We will investigate three challenges in particular: privacy, participation/exclusion and power. This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement number 732117.

DECODE

DECODE is funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 Programme, under grant agreement number 732546.

DECODE is a Europe-wide consortium. This website is managed on behalf of the consortium by Nesta, a registered charity in England and Wales 1144091 and Scotland SC042833. Nesta's main address is 58 Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y 0DS.

PROTECTIVE

PROTECTIVE is a system for proactive risk management through improved situational awareness. The system is intended for National Research Education Network (NREN) Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs) initially to understand, correlate, prioritize and share cyber threat intelligence for enhanced decision-making capabilities. This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement number 700071.

PROTASIS

We this project we address these cybersecurity issues by fostering collaborations via supporting researchers from European institutes to spend time with their American counterparts in top universities. We focus our research efforts on both advanced attacks (e.g., exploits, malware, and exfiltration techniques), and defenses (e.g., developing secure software and protecting resource-constrained devices). This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement number 690972.

PROMETHEUS

PROMETHEUS deals with privacy-preserving cryptographic primitives and protocols in the post-quantum setting. The project aims at efficient quantum-resistant solutions. It deals with both theoretical aspects (provable security under well-studied hardness assumptions) and practical ones (efficient implementations, resistance to side-channel attacks). This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement number 780701.

PRIViLEDGE

PRIViLEDGE realises cryptographic protocols supporting privacy, anonymity, and efficient decentralised consensus for DLTs. In PRIViLEDGE, several European key players in cryptographic research and from the fintech and blockchain domains unite to push the limits of cryptographic protocols for privacy and security. This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement number 780477.

PRIVACY FLAG

Privacy Flag (PF) combines crowdsourcing, ICT technology and legal expertise to protect citizen privacy when visiting websites, using smart-phone applications, or living in a smart city leveraging user-friendly solutions provided as a smart phone application, a web-browser add-on and a public website. It develops a highly scalable privacy monitoring and protection solution as well as a global knowledge database of identified privacy risks, together with online services to support companies and other stakeholders in becoming privacy-friendly. Furthermore, it collaborates with standardization bodies and it disseminates towards the public and specialized communities (such as ICT lawyers, policy makers and academics). This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement number 653426.
