October is the European Cyber Security Month (ECSM) and every year since 2012 where it started for the first time is dedicated with campaigns to promote online cybersecurity awareness among EU Citizens.
This year’s slogan wants to encourage people to ‘Think Before U Click’ to inform and educate the users to be prepared for cyber threats. The campaign includes activities where will take place across Europe for the entire month with conferences, workshops, training sessions, general presentations, webinars, and online campaigns.
The annual cybersecurity awareness campaign is held by the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and the European Commission. This project is supported by the Member States of the European Union and partners from industries.
