The ENACT eHealth use case developed by Tellu supports remote patient care and follow up. The use case has already been commercialised during the project period and is now getting specific attention as it is applied for remote care and following up of patients that has tested positive on Covid 19. In particular, Bodø municipality in the North of Norway has successfully applied the remote patient care solution for remote monitoring of all their Covid 19 patients. The patients can apply the solution to easily interact with the care provider such as nurses ad doctors through the system for example through video based consultation, by replying to regular questionnaires and by appling medical devices connected to Tellu Personal Health Gateway to automatically provide specific health parameters such as Oxygen saturation, body temperature and blood pressure that can be reviewed by practitioners.
The solution has gained the attention of the World Health Organisation (WHO), and will be presented in an upcoming conference organised by WHO which will address the ongoing pandemic. This has already attracted mass media in Norway to publish this story in their news channels. Both TV media and in news articles: dagensmedisinh and nrk
