PROJECT OF THE WEEK - UNICORN
The H2020 project UNICORN has been created as the solution to several challenges such as complexity of monitoring and management issue in multiple clouds deployment, designing secure software and ensuring customer data privacy.
UNICORN is Horizon 2020 research and innovation project which aims to facilitate the design and deployment of cloud applications and services and improve developers’ productivity by reducing cloud application design time via code annotations and blueprints for security.
These are the main objectives of the project:
To facilitate the design and deployment of cloud applications and services by developing a security and elasticity by design framework.
To improve developers’ productivity by reducing cloud application design time via code annotations and blueprints for security.
To prove the applicability and value of the H2020 project's UNICORN results, demonstrating against a pre-defined set of use cases.
