MUSA TOOLS

The MUSA tools is a collection of tools developed to support the integration of security in all phases of multi-cloud applications life-cycle. These tools are applicable to different phases of the applications life-cycle right from applications design to development, deployment up till runtime. The MUSA tools are listed below.

MUSA Dashboard

The MUSA Dashboard is a kanban-styled integration interface which provides seamless and holistic integration of all MUSA tools. It enables the alignment of tools for agile collaboration.

MUSA Modeller

The Modeller is the first tool used in the MUSA workflow. It allows for creation of CPIM (Cloud Provider Independent Model annotated with security information) in CAMEL language.

MUSA Decision Support Tool (DST)

The MUSA DST supports specification of security requirements and controls prior to application deployment. It then recommends the best cloud services that matches the specified requirements.

MUSA SLA Generator

The MUSA SLA Generator is used to specify and create service level agreements (SLAs) for each component of the multi-cloud application as well as the overall  multi-cloud application.

MUSA Deployer

The MUSA deployer supports deployment planning and execution. It allows application deployment in Eucalyptus, Openstack and Amazon cloud environments.

MUSA Security Assurance Platform (SAP)

The MUSA Security Assurance Platform (SAP) performs security analysis, controls the security behaviour of the multi-cloud application and ensures that the agreed SLAs with CSPs are respected at application runtime.
