The 2nd "BALKAN SME CONFERENCE – SOFIA 2018", will take place on June 7th, 2018 in Sofia. The event will be held in unison with the Bulgarian Presidency of the EU.
The conference will be held in an innovative, interesting and fruitful way. Official guests of the event will be representatives of the Bulgarian authorities, the European Parliament, the European Commission, ambassadors, representatives of local and European business organizations and chambers of commerce.
The event will provide the unique opportunity to meet up with over 150 SME representatives from Romania, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Italy, Austria and Ukraine, and more than 200 representatives of SMEs from Bulgaria. Specific meetings with companies from different sectors will be organised such as for agriculture, food processing, tourism, transport, textiles, information technology, machine building, chemical industry and others.
The conference is organized by the Association for Assistance of Small and Medium-sized Businesses – United Business Clubs (UBC), with the special support of the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA) and the Invest Bulgaria Agency (IBA) at the Ministry of the Economy.
