e-SIDES is a research project funded by European Commission H2020 Programme that deals with the ethical, legal, social and economic implications of privacy-preserving technologies in different big data context.
On 2 April 2019 at 10AM-4PM, e-SIDES workshop will be held in Brussels entitled "Towards Value-Centric Big Data: Connect People, Processes and Technology".
This workshop will bring together data science researchers, big data operators, European Commission representatives, and citizens to debate on how big data solutions can be developed and used in a responsible way, protecting societal values to the greatest possible extent. To do this, we will host a knowledge café focused on developing a community position paper on responsible big data sharing with research/industry and civil society representatives.
