Introduction
The project aims at developing modelling of cyberattacks, measuring their intangible impacts both at micro and macro levels and developing simulation approaches to cyber risks management.
Who is the project designed for?
The project cover both large companies and SMEs, with specific test sectors : Healthcare, IP intensive industries, platforms and financial services. Stakeholders are both CISO, CIO , Executives and also insurers and analysts. Policy implications are also covered.
How is your project benefitting the end-user?
By offering practical tools as well as one of the first quantitative measurement of the effective impacts on firms.
Please briefly describe the results your project achieved so far
Development of modelling and practical tools for assessing the likelihood of cyberattacks as well as measuring the impact of firms in monetary terms. The project also developed simulation approaches for risk analysis and risk mitigation measures.
What are the next steps for your project?
Finalising the intangible economic impacts and developing sectoral case studies into more detail, s taking into account the likelihood of the attacks as well as risk mitigation measures and sectoral specificities.
