There are today more than 360 different IoT platforms. The problem is that they are fragmented and lack security. Additionally, interoperability between most of them is not possible.  

At the moment, there are no genuinely decentralized federated security solutions.

SealedGRID Publication – CRITIS 2019

The SealedGRID researcher Christoforos Ntantogian presented the paper SealedGRID: A Secure Interconnection Technologies for Smart Grid Applications (Aristeidis Farao, Juan Enrique Rubio, Cristina Alcaraz, Christoforos Ntantogian, Christos Xenakis and Javier Lopez) . The conference took place in Sweden on September 23. The audience found the paper very interesting. The paper was about SealedGRID goals, impact and how SealedGRID will achieve these goals.
