Marc Asim Soysal

Since 2020, Marc Asim Soysal (53) has distinguished himself as a management advisor in the areas of business strategy, digitalization, turnaround, and transformation. The focus is on the financial services industry and the automotive sector. In addition, since 2017 Soysal has also been spokesperson of the regional board of the European Finance Forum. Prior to this, Soysal was responsible for the further development and addressing of the topics of digitalization, distributed ledger technology (blockchain), Industry 4.0, IoT, and Big Data & Analytics, with a focus on the financial services and FinTech industry in CEE (Central and East Europe), in the Strategic IT Consulting Business unit at Fujitsu Technology Solutions. Fujitsu is a Japanese IT group with 144,000 employees in over 100 countries worldwide and total revenues of approximately US$40 billion. He is a respected interlocutor and keynote speaker and an entrepreneurial shaped and experienced advisor on business strategy, compliance & governance, risk management and security & privacy.

Since 1995, Soysal has worked as a managing director and CEO in several international IT consultancies in Germany, Austria and the UK. Before Soysal invested in ConRise GmbH in 2013, the studied computer scientist worked as CEO at IQ-NET AG, where he was responsible for the areas of strategy and operational business. He has also been a member of Network and Trading Systems Consulting Limited in London. Soysal was a managing director and was responsible for the operational business. Prior to this, Soysal worked for SCOPE Consulting GmbH, where Soysal was a shareholder as well as a commercial director.
